A traditional, authentic dish from the southeast part of Mexico; its bliss is found in the sauce, which is a blend of deep-fried Mexican peppers, almonds, peanuts, raisins, cinnamon sticks, plantain, bread, sesame seeds and dark chocolate; then smothered over a slowly-fired chicken breast, served with rice, beans and tortillas. Garnished with slices of onions and avocados.
Mole Con Pollo
Strips of chicken breast sautéed with onions, portobello mushroom and spices, then simmered in our sour cream sauce. Served with rice, lettuce sour cream and pico de gallo.
